INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
This Policy applies to all information collected about you by us or on our behalf or submitted by you through the Services. The information that we collect about you may include the pages you visit, the services or features in which you elect to participate, and the manner in which you interact with us across all channels.
Personal Information
When you access or use the Services, 4EYE may ask you to provide certain personal information. As used in this Policy, “personal information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or can reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular identified or identifiable individual or household. Personal information does not include de-identified information (including, for example, information that is aggregated and that no longer identifies individuals). All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
We and our service providers may collect personal information from you and any devices you use when you: create or manage an account with us; register to receive news, updates, marketing, and other materials from us; make a donation to us; buy event tickets from us; express interest in receiving information about us and our services; make requests or submit feedback, comments, or complaints to us; view or otherwise engage with the Services; or communicate with us (whether through digital or other means).
We may collect information from you both when you provide it voluntarily and automatically (for example, through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies, as further detailed below) when you access or use our digital Services. We also may collect information from other sources, as described further in How We Collect Information below.
Depending upon your interactions with the Services and the choices you make, as further described below, the types of personal information collected may include:
- Identifiers, such as first and last name, postal address or work address, e-mail address, account username and password, and Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- Internet or Electronic Network Activity, such as:
- Web browser specifications, usage data, and search history, including the webpages you visit, websites visited before accessing the Site (including referring URLs), and websites visited after accessing the Site;
- Device, connectivity, and configuration data, including device ID numbers, nearby networks, browser type, operating system, information about how and when you used the Services, and language settings;
- Geolocation data about your device’s location, which you may provide to us directly or which may be inferred from your IP address and internet connection data;
- Commercial information and interactions, such as:
- Records of transactions and other information you post or otherwise submit to us, including donations made and other order, purchasing, or consuming histories or tendencies;
- Records of interactions with us via email, telephone, or other means; this may include audio recordings, the date and time you interacted with us, the content of your interaction with us, and the method by which you interacted with us;
- Financial information, such as billing address and payment information (including bank account number and credit or debit card number, type, and expiration date); and
- Professional or employment-related information, such as job title and company name.
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you make a donation on behalf of another person or business, you will need to submit that person’s or business’s information. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected may include (but are not limited to) that person’s or business’s name, address, and phone number.
To the extent you provide or transmit personal information that identifies any other individual (including, without limitation, name, address, and/or telephone number) to us or our third-party vendors, suppliers, or business partners through the Services, you warrant that (i) you are providing or obtaining only your own information or the information of others who authorized you to provide such information to third parties and/or obtain such information from third parties on their behalf; and (ii) the use of such information by us and our vendors, suppliers, or business partners will not infringe upon, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property, proprietary, or other rights of any third parties.
Non-Personal Information
We may also collect “non-personal information,” which is information that does not identify or relate to an individual or household, or that may be obtained by removing all identifiers from personal information (for example, by anonymizing data). If we connect or combine non-personal information with personal information, we will treat such combined information as personal information.
HOW WE MAY COLLECT INFORMATION
We generally collect your information to fulfill a contractual obligation or where we or someone with whom we work needs to use your personal information for a reason related to their provision of services on our behalf. We collect personal information in the following ways for the business purposes described in How We Use Information below.
Information You Provide to Us
When you visit the Site, access or use the Services, or otherwise communicate with us (for example, via mail, e-mail, telephone, or in person), you may provide us with personal information or non-personal information. This information may include:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site or through other means (such as over the telephone or in writing). This may include your name, phone number, e-mail address, or business or company information. We also may ask you for information when you report a problem with the Services.
- Records and copies of your correspondence or verbal communications (including e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and information you voluntarily provide), if you contact us.

- Service providers (including IT hosting providers and customer service providers);
- Data analytics service providers;
- Email, survey, feedback, and other communications service providers;
- Business and promotional partners; and
- Advertising and marketing service providers, including social media platforms.
If we combine information from other sources with personal information that we already hold, we treat the combined information as personal information.
Information We Collect Automatically
We may collect information automatically about your device and browser, browsing and usage activity, and patterns as you interact with our digital Services. This may include information about your interactions with the Site, such as the date, time, length, and frequency of any visit, the information you enter, your interactions with content or links you click, or pages or features you access. It may also include technical data such as URL information, IP addresses, operating systems, the types of devices you are using to access or connect to the Services, unique device identifiers, device attributes, network connection type, and other device and network information.
We may collect this information ourselves or through third parties, such as service providers (including IT hosting providers), data analytics service providers, or advertising and marketing service providers, including social media platforms. Information may be collected through the types of technologies described below.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
4EYE and certain third parties may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to support the operation of the Services and to improve user experience.
Cookies. A cookie is a small file created by a website and stored on your device in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference, equipment, or login information. Cookies may be either first-party or third-party cookies, and either persistent or session cookies.
- First-Party Cookies: Cookies that are set by us.
- Third-Party Cookies: Cookies that are set by a domain different from the domain of the website you are visiting.
- Persistent Cookies: Cookies that remain on a user’s device even after a browsing session has ended until its set expiry date (unless deleted by the user before the expiry date). Persistent cookies allow websites to remember a user’s preferences and options across multiple browsing sessions.
- Session Cookies: Cookies that expire at the end of the user’s browsing session, when the web browser is closed.
Pixel Tags. Our Services may contain small electronic files known as pixel tags (also referred to as clear gifs, tracking pixels, single-pixel gifs, and web beacons) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited certain pages or content and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
Cookies We May Use on Our Site
We may use the following types of cookies and other technologies:
Essential. These cookies are required to enable basic website functionality. These cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you that amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms. You may be able to set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the Site will then not work properly.
Personalization. These cookies allow us to remember choices you make (such as your username, language, or the region you are in), improve your experience, and provide enhanced, more personal features.
Analytics. These cookies help us understand how the Site performs, how visitors interact with the Site, whether visitors have accessed certain pages or content, and whether there may be technical issues. We may also use these cookies to test new pages, features, or functionalities of the Site.
Advertising. These cookies may be set by us or our third-party partners and are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These cookies rely on online identifiers.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
Some content on our Site is served by third parties, including content and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information, or they may collect information (including personal information) about your online activities over time, across different websites, and other online services.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about these technologies, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

- Fraud and security. We may use your personal information to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, illegal activity, and technical and security issues, and to maintain the safety, integrity, and security of the Services and our technological assets.
- Compliance. We may use your personal information to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and audit obligations; enforce our agreements, terms, conditions, and policies; and investigate complaints or potential violations thereof.
- Analytics. - With your consent. In some cases, we may specifically ask for your consent to collect, use, or share your personal information, such as when required by applicable law.
- Other purposes. We may use your personal information for any other legitimate business purposes reasonably determined to be useful, for which we may provide notice at the time of collection.
HOW WE MAY SHARE INFORMATION
We do not transfer your information to third parties in exchange for money. However, we may share your personal information with certain service providers (including IT hosting service providers), contractors, business and logistical partners, and other third parties whom we engage to operate our business and perform services on or through the Services (for example, to personalize advertising targeted to you).
In addition, we may from time to time contract with third parties to assist us in collecting, maintaining, and managing our customer information, taking donations and fulfilling orders, processing payment card information, and providing analytics regarding your interactions with our Services and other third-party websites so that we may improve the products and services we offer you.
We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by applicable law. If we are subject to a merger or acquisition with/by another organization, your information may be transferred to such company upon completion of the transaction.
We may disclose your information if we in good faith believe such action is necessary to (i) comply with applicable law or legal process, including valid, legally enforceable requests from public authorities; (ii) protect and defend our or your rights and property; (iii) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Services, or detect, prevent, and otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; (iv) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public; or (v) achieve another legitimate purpose. Please note we may not provide you with notice prior to disclosure in such cases.
We may disclose non-personal information to third parties in our discretion. Additionally, we may share aggregated and de-identified information with our service providers, business and logistical partners, and other third parties with whom we conduct business so they can understand how and how often people use our Services. This helps us improve the Services available to you.
Lastly, we may disclose your information to those third parties to whom you expressly request disclosure.
HOW LONG WE MAY STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We may store your personal information in accordance with our retention policies for as long as needed for the purposes for which we use it, including, for example, processing transactions and maintaining user accounts. We also may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations and policies (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Additionally, we may continue to store your personal information contained in our standard back-ups and archives.
DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of your personal information, including reasonable physical, administrative, technical, and organizational procedures designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect. However, no method of electronic storage or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
ANY TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE RISKS. AS A RESULT, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU DISCLOSE OR TRANSMIT TO US OR THAT IS OTHERWISE PROVIDED TO US, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR INADVERTENT DISCLOSURE OF SUCH INFORMATION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SAFEGUARD ANY PASSWORDS, ID NUMBERS, OR OTHER SPECIAL ACCESS FEATURES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
